I am trying out a new app here. I have wanted to blog from my phone, and this might be the solution!
Each morning time flies by! Before I know it, it is nap time. While doing laundry, Renée decided to play with her socks. She pulled out this pair! Two matching socks! Awesome! Although she tried to put them on over her head.

computer woe turns YEAH!

My MacBook wouldn't charge. The cord wouldn't work. I looked through our Apple Care coverage that expires in March and what do you think is covered? If you answered the cord, you get a gold star!
I went on up to the Apple Store for my appointment and, not only was the cord bad, the battery had kaput! I left with a NEW battery and cord.
I am not happy that they died, but I am happy as a clam that I got them replaced. Back in business!

I left the package of graham crackers within reach. In no time flat, she had climbed up to enjoy a bite from each one!

Lexicographic Funnies

Okay, this might not pertain to dictionaries, but lexicographic is a fun word all on its own!
The latest great app for my phone is Dictation. It is there along with Dragon Naturally Speaking which is a great computer program. Dictation does a great job, but as with all voice recognition programs, falls short on some things. Tonight, it fell short with Worcestershire Sauce writing out instead "work worse this year sauce." It was a tasty meatloaf and proved that I didn't work worse this year with that sauce.
Long ago, I had a wholesale scrapbooking business and I mainly dealt in eyelets. I thought myself quite the linguist with my two lines: Theme Addict (thematic) and Assorted Affair (a sordid affair). Those lines might come back again for another business. Wait and see!

Wow, time flew!

I see there was a whole month there between posts! If you were to ask me, that laughing episode happened over the break and there is no way 1 month passed. Whoa, time is an ugly thing when it goes by too fast.

Banana, Bubbly, Baby, & Beautifying Technology

1) tap water makes the most horrible fizzy water.
2) banana is not a good medium with which to paint an iPhone.
3) don't leave the baby alone to go make new fizzy water, even if you think you have secured the banana and iPhone.

Grinder, CO2, fun stuff!!!

We went home for Christmas and had a great time. The girls had fun with Legos and drums and family.
I got a CO2 beverage making outfit. I can carbonate a bottle of water and the tank is only $3 to refill! It makes like 500-64oz bottles of carbonated water. I love it since I can brush my teeth and still enjoy a carbonated beverage without having to repeat the brushing process. I got ginger ale, cola, and cream soda flavorings from the brew shop. Shant do that again! They are not good at all. But I gotta get more Torani flavorings!
The brew house down from us went out of business. I got their refrigerator, mini fridge, and wheat grinder all for $200!!! I am so excited about it all since I can now have wide things in a fridge! Our original side-by-side is such a pain. Never get one! Never!
The wheat grinder is so awesome! I also got wheat to do stuff with during the sale and we have been cracking and making hot cereals. Mikey likes it! hahahaha! I remember cracked wheat cereal as a kid and it is still good stuff. I also love wheat germ.
Next, I am going to try cream of wheat from the whole wheat kernel and I might even try making grits! How cool would that be!?! Yeah, totally cool! You wanna come over and have fresh, piping hot wheat stuff now, don't ya?
